DCLS PLUS Modules
DCLS PLUS is built on a flexible, modular architecture.
Four core processing modules manage account, collections, financial,
and litigation information. The fifth module is an integrated report
engine that mines and analyzes data from the other four modules.
Accounts
The accounts module employs a flexible, industry-standard
structure to organize both creditor and debtor information such
as account identification, names, addresses, employment records,
amount of defaulted debt, and more.
The accounts module ensures that any agent assigned
to an account can access an accurate, up-to-the minute history of
all related contacts and transactions. Agents can quickly get up-to-speed
on any account and immediately see what steps have been taken in
the past. .

Collections
The collections module gives each agent an efficient,
centralized view of their accounts, cases, and tasks.
In addition, to their own considerable collection expertise,
DTC's developers based the design of the collections module on detailed
input from seasoned collections agents.
The result is that every feature in the collections
module – from the organization of application windows to the
placement of buttons and other controls – was carefully considered
in order to maximize the day-to-day effectiveness of your collections
agents.

Financial
The financial module tracks all
of the financial information related to a case or account, including:
- Invoices and other bills
- Payments received
- Fees paid
- Expenses
- Payment plans
- A wide range of other transactions

Litigation
The litigation module tracks and analyzes legal developments
as they happen from the beginning of the legal process through judgement.
It automatically documents each step of each case so you always
have an up-to-date record.
The litigation module can also be configured to store
and generate legal documents as you need them. So you'll always
be in compliance with local legal requirements.

Integrated
Report Engine
The integrated report engine mines transactional,
operational, and financial data from the other four processing modules.
It can be customized to combine this information into a wide range
of powerful, real-time reports for:

- Analyzing performance
