Program and Acquisition Management

DTC’s responsibilities in executing programs are generally for the entire program lifecycle – from technical design/development and integration, to system delivery with 24/7 help desk support and maintenance. With this type of model, our responsibilities for overall program management include cost, schedule, and performance. Our team is highly-skilled in program and cost-management disciplines and can apply this expertise to other complex requirements easily. Additional experience includes:

  • Provide contractual, financial, logistical and human resources expertise for the execution and oversight of a complex program
  • Create, distribute, and monitor policies and procedures including quality, configuration, risk and security management
  • Monitor and respond to staffing surge and retraction – engaged in human resource / recruiting efforts as necessary
  • Directly appoint Program Managers and project teams
  • Analyze program requirements to plan / execute staffing, cost, schedule, and performance plans
  • Maintain a flexible reporting capability
  • Conduct management reviews and regular reporting
